Team members participate in a comprehensive recruitment process which includes thorough police background checks, reference checks, working with children checks and ongoing evaluation to ensure the highest calibre team of staff are on hand to deliver quality care. Your Choice HomeCare staff are all employees with appropriate insurance coverage, including professional indemnity, public liability and workers compensation policies.
All team members are qualified in First Aid and undergo a diverse training and development program to up-skill their level of competency.
Carer consistency is also a service which Your Choice HomeCare clients enjoy. This means that clients and their family members have the opportunity to become familiar and comfortable with their carer rather than experience the confusion of new faces and names.
