Can I have the same carer every time?
Where appropriate, we provide consistency of carers and match each client with the most appropriate care worker. We understand how reassuring it is to have a familiar carer.
How old do you have to be to receive a service?
We provide services to people of all ages, young and old.
How much does the care cost?

Do you have male carers?
Yes we do! We have many male carers who can provide assistance with all service options.
Can I get hold of someone in an emergency?
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. The main office hours are between 8.00am to 5.30pm, however out of those hours, all calls are diverted to our on-call personnel.
Can I change the scheduled services?
We are flexible with the services you may require. Should you wish to change your scheduled service, please contact the office to inform us of the change.
Do you provide drivers for transportation trips or shopping?
Yes we do. All carers have their licence and can drive clients as required. Fees apply for the use of the carer's car which are available upon request.
Do you provide one off care?
Yes we do. If you only require a one-off service, this is no problem.
Do you have mature aged carers?
Yes we do. We understand how important it is for you to be able to relate to the carer.
What is the cancellation policy?
If a service is cancelled after 5.00pm the day before the service or on the same day the service is due, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
How do I pay the account?
We invoice our client's weekly. Invoices are emailed or posted and payments can be made via EFT or cheque.
